The facilities are a bit lacking. there's no on-site restaurant which makes dining options limited, and the breakfast buffet doesn’t quite deliver on variety or temperature—seen a few complaints about cold food. the decor feels dated and the corridors are in need of some TLC. There were also reports of thin walls letting in noise from the outside, which can make for a restless night if your neighbors are rowdy. Throughout the stay, hot water was inconsistent—a real irritant when you want to unwind after a day out.

i had a fantastic stay with a spacious room and enjoyed the convenient access to restaurants and parks, as well as the short walk to the museo etnologico del valle de aran, which offered a fascinating insight into local history.

But oh boy, the AC was a joke! Trying to sleep in a 30°C room while hearing the neighbor's dog bark all night was a nightmare. And a dodgy toilet and bidet? Not ideal. They quickly took my cash but didn’t quite deliver on the upkeep.
